Refund policy

Try It, Love It, or Your Money Back

We have a 30-day Try It, Love It, or Your Money Back policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if you’re not satisfied with the product after using it as intended.

This guarantee allows you to try the product once. If it doesn’t perform as expected, we’ll refund you. Refunds under this guarantee do not require the item to be returned.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • The product was used as directed
  • This is your first purchase of the product
  • The claim is limited to one refund per customer/order

To process your request, you’ll need:

  • Proof of purchase (order number)
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • A photo or short video showing the problem (for example, fogging after correct use)

Change of Mind (Unused Items Only)

If you change your mind before using the product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@fogoff.au with your order number.
  2. Wait for us to approve your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Send your approved return to the address for your region and include your order number in the parcel.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as required. Return shipping for faulty items will be covered where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
